stone garden bench

sandstone bench

Materials: These garden benches were built from a variety of stone such as granite, bluestone, limestone and sandstone. Most of these stone benches were constructed of material from Lang Stone in downtown Columbus.
Design Notes: A well sited garden bench works as a garden focal point and a place to rest from puling weeds.
stone patio table patio seat wall
Materials: This simple patio table was built using a polished granite top placed on a cut limestone base.
Design Notes: Polished granite looks just as good outdoors as it does indoors and stone patio furniture is guaranteed to never rust or blow over.

Materials: Unilock Brussels Dimensionals Indiana limestone pier caps combined to make a seat wall.
Design Notes: A wall like this can help define an outdoor space while providing some overflow seating. The capped pillars also offer a place to set a drink or a plate of food.

Materials: Salvaged clay pavers.
Design Notes: This fire pit is built into a raised patio designed by the client.
Materials: I had Lang Stone split down an 18" thick piece of limestone to use as seating around this stone fire pit built of Ottawa Buff stone.
Design Notes: Always site your fire pit away from any trees or plants.

Design notes: Mucho tons of limestone was used to build this rustic fire ring. Materials: Unilock Roman Stack was used to make this 6' fire ring.
Notes: It is smart to keep a couple feet between the fire and the mulch.
cedar trellis

pergola

Materials: Cedar lumber was hung on treated post.
Notes: This trellis hides a rather large Koi pond pump.
Materials: Treated lumber and timbers.
Design Notes: This pergola offers a shady spot to relax.

gold fish pool

before
Materials: This water feature was built entirely from stone and plants leftover from several different jobs.
Notes: Spike requested a wading pool for his year end bonus.
Notes: New and existing stone was used with storm overflows & a geothermal system providing the water source, no pumps needed.
