Retaining walls installed in Columbus Ohio and area suburbs such as Upper Arlington, Dublin & Powell.

A well designed retaining wall built with solid construction techniques can be used to terrace a steeply graded yard and is a truly low maintenance garden element offering visual interest in your garden when the plants are not blooming. Certain materials lend themselves to specific designs and site demands. For instance a free standing seat wall or stone fence requires a block or stone with a good face on all sides, while stone slabs or engineered concrete block are often required for retaining walls over a certain height or load. Below are a few examples of landscaping walls built by Henthorne Landscape that may offer design ideas for your next project. You can find additional information and advice regarding retaining wall construction and design on the hardscape information page.
